Maximo Migration Engine

Inventory, export, transform, validate, load, delta-sync — 10 Maximo object types mapped.

Moving off Maximo is usually the thing that stalls a modernization. FORGE's migration engine is designed around a structured 6-phase ETL pipeline: inventory, export, transform, validate, load, and delta sync.

Ten Maximo object types are mapped to the FORGE schema with data-quality validation rules, a quarantine queue for records that don't pass, and parallel-operation support so the legacy system can stay live during the cutover. The phase model, object mappings, and validation rules are defined; the extract pipeline is in development.

Common questions

How does migrating from Maximo to FORGE work?

It is designed around a 6-phase ETL pipeline (inventory, export, transform, validate, load, delta sync) that maps 10 Maximo object types to FORGE, validates data quality, quarantines bad records, and supports running both systems in parallel during cutover. The phase model and mappings are defined; the extract pipeline is in development.
