Reset your password.

FORGE uses a verification code sent to the email on file. The flow takes about a minute.

    Go to the sign-in page

    Open app.bigforgeone.com and click Forgot password beneath the sign-in form.

    Enter your username

    This is the work email you use to sign in. If an account exists, a six-digit reset code is sent to that email.

    Check your email

    The code arrives from no-reply@verificationemail.com within a minute. Check spam if you do not see it. Codes expire after one hour.

    Enter the code and a new password

    Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include upper, lower, number, and symbol. You will be signed in automatically when the reset completes.

Reset code not arriving?

  • Verify you are using the email tied to your FORGE account, not a personal address.
  • Check your spam, junk, and quarantine folders.
  • If your organization quarantines external mail, ask IT to allow verificationemail.com and bigforgeone.com.
  • For security, the reset endpoint is rate-limited to three requests per hour per address.
